When I became a patient of Belinda’s I was overall healthy. As I was getting older it was important to put my health as a top priority. After my incredibly thorough initial visit, unbeknownst to me there were a few minor things that I needed to work on which would make a huge overall improvement in my health. Belinda is always on time with a smile on her face, she listens and is knowledgeable. She takes her time to explain everything and ensures I completely understand. She speaks to me like I am a friend or family member. With sincere care and compassion - as if I’ve known her my whole life. She goes above and beyond and has a true passion for what she does. I am forever grateful to be under the care of Belinda and wish everyone could be as well cared for as I am. I had no idea how my life would change becoming a patient of Belinda’s. I have been a patient of Belinda Ruiz for approximately 9 months now. I reached out to her in my postpartum state, ready to optimize my health and hormones and overall quality of life. She is incredibly thorough. I have never had an assessment that looked at just about every variable. Beyond that, her interview was mindful. She asked questions, and actually listened to my answers. Her system of diagnosis and treatment is stepwise and based on the plethora of data she obtains. I’m so proud and happy to give a massive shoutout and review of services for Belinda Ruiz and her B Holistic Health team!! I started working with Belinda to finally get a handle on what was causing me such persistent pain in my joints, long recovery for my muscles, interrupted sleep, mood swings, anxiety, and unexplained weight gain. I was having what I call systemic health failure, and Belinda’s process quickly got me on track for improvement in all of these areas and more!! She is more than comprehensive in her analysis of my blood work and habits—she is invested in my optimal health. She spent more time in one session with my lab results than my own doctor has been willing to in the last year. And her recommendations and solutions for what ailed me weren’t some cookie-cutter “clean your gut” approach: I have never been through a treatment like this that felt more tailored, that got me quicker results, and so easily became a lifestyle, despite taking it all on during the stress of career shifts and a total remodel of my home. As a result of following her plan for me—and that of my nutrition and exercise coach, Luis, from her team—I am sleeping so much better (I would give it an 8 out of 10, where it started at a 4), my mood is more stable, I’m enjoying clean, delicious food (which my gut is loving), and I’ve even dropped a few pounds. My energy is so improved, I’m exercising again on a regular basis, and my muscles recover so much quicker now. Overall, I feel strong, flexible, and healthy again, and I can’t thank Belinda and her team enough for turning things around for me!!
